Welcome to Saveur Catering. By accessing or using our website (www.thesaveurcatering.com), submitting a form, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Saveur Catering provides personal chef services, event catering, meal prep, and cooking classes. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through direct communication with our team. Submitting a contact or booking form does not guarantee a reservation.
2. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The amount and due date will be communicated upon scheduling.
- Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date prior to your event.
Quotes are based on initial information and may change with menu selections, headcount, or location updates.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Any cancellations or reductions to catering orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge.
- These prices do not include NY sales tax (8.875%), NJ sales tax (6.625%) or gratuity (discretionary). Catering and delivery orders outside of our standard delivery range may be subject to additional fees.
4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Clients are responsible for informing Saveur Catering of any dietary restrictions or food allergies in advance. We do our best to accommodate, but we are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
5. Website Use
All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and menus—is the property of Saveur Catering and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through our website (such as your name, phone number, or email) is used solely for communication and scheduling purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Tools
Our site may use third-party booking or payment tools (e.g., Amelia). These platforms are subject to their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review before submitting information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saveur Catering is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, or unforeseen events). We will always do our best to find a fair and timely solution.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
